XHP-5 Rake Type Soot Blower
XHP-5
A retractable soot blower for SCR units, finned tube economizers, and other areas where a specific blowing direction is required.
Product Details
The XHP-5 rake type soot blower is a retractable soot blower mainly used for blowing the flue gas denitrification device (SCR) of power plant boilers. It is also widely used in the finned tube economizer, tubular air preheater and other parts of the boiler, as well as in the convection tube bundle of some small boilers, as well as in the section where the flue gas temperature of some special boilers (such as waste heat boilers) does not exceed 600 ° C. Due to the special structure of the blown surface in these areas, the use of conventional long telescopic or fixed rotary soot blowers often fails to achieve the desired blowing effect due to the unreasonable blowing direction. Using a rake type soot blower, the soot blowing pipe blows the soot in the desired direction for the accumulated area, achieving a soot blowing effect that other forms of soot blowers cannot achieve. In terms of structure, except for the non rotating and different forms of the soot blowing gun barrel, and the corresponding addition of a rake type soot blowing gun barrel support and guide mechanism, all other components have the same structure, control mode, and action principle as the XHC-5 series long telescopic soot blower.
