Product Details

XHDJ-5 type multi medium telescopic soot blower is used to remove ash and gypsum deposits on the flue gas heater (GGH) of desulfurization equipment, as well as various salt deposits and ash deposits on the air preheater after the desulfurization device (SCR), such as ammonium sulfite and ammonium sulfate. During operation, timely removal of dust and scale on the heat exchange surface of the soot blower ensures the reliable operation of the heat exchange equipment, which is of great significance for ensuring the normal operation of the boiler and environmental protection. The soot blower can be fully retractable or semi retractable. The blowing medium of the soot blower is superheated steam (or compressed air), low-pressure water, and high-pressure water: The blowing of superheated steam is two commonly used blowing methods during the operation of heat exchange equipment. Compressed air due to the limitations of its pressure and flow parameters, its soot blowing effect is much worse than superheated steam, and is rarely used on GGH. Therefore, when conditions permit, use superheated steam for soot blowing as much as possible. High pressure water flushing is applied when needed. For GGH, it is generally online flushing, and for air preheaters, it is generally offline flushing. Low pressure water flushing is only used for GGH flushing, which is offline flushing. Flush with a large amount of water during shutdown, and use according to the specific situation of ash and scale formation.
