Product Details
The resonant-cavity acoustic soot blower generates sound waves through the oscillation of airflow within a specially designed geometric cavity. This oscillating airflow excites resonance of the gas inside the cavity, producing sound by means of a three-dimensional vibration mechanism. This fundamental sound-generation principle is academically known as the “Hartmann Whistle,” named after the acoustics pioneer Hartmann.
Key Technical Features • Ultra-wide frequency range of 35 Hz to 2200 Hz, with a dual-peak acoustic profile and sound pressure levels exceeding 150 dB. • No mechanical moving parts and no components subject to wear, ensuring extremely simple maintenance and, in many cases, maintenance-free operation. • Low requirements for compressed air quality and pressure stability. The unit allows a wide dynamic pressure range with no upper pressure limit, and can operate with air containing oil and moisture. It also features low air consumption and low power consumption. • Compact structure requiring minimal space both inside and outside the furnace wall, without interfering with other operations. • Manufactured entirely from 0Cr25Ni20Si2 material, offering a service life of up to 20 years. It provides high acoustic efficiency, strong output power, and excellent soot-blowing performance. • Safe and reliable, meeting applicable personnel safety, industrial hygiene, and labor protection standards.
